Name: Cloudy
(Real Name)/Alias: Zapp
Power: Can create lightning/thunderstorms/tornadoes out of nowhere with the use of her lightning amulet. Ages slower than normal ponies, and can heal faster.
Weakness: Her powers are ineffective in small enclosed areas like indoors, they would cause damage to the building and possibly cause it to collapse. Without the amulet she can't create lightning/etc.. from nothing. Doesn't know any fighting tactics aside from the equivalent of a Bar Room brawl. 

About: 
She is a Demi-God from 2500 years ago. She is the daughter of Maelstrom; a storm god, and can control lightning and storms with her amulet; a gift from the gods. She is suddenly sent through time by an enemy, to present times. Her name is Zapp, and she uses it as her hero name. When she wants to go incognito among the populace, she calls herself; Cloudy, after her mother. Speaks old English, in thous, thys, wherefores and so on.

During a freak storm, 5 ponies are struck by lightning and gain superpowers.
Zapp is the cause of the freak storm. She was fighting an enemy who sent her through time intending to get rid of her. She appeared over Maretropolis and a storm was caused because of it. The magical storm mixed with the unpredictableness  of time travel magic caused sporatic lightning to strike out all around the city. Only five ponies where hit...
